You can use these steps from any web browser, PDF viewer, or document editor on your device.

1. Open the Print Menu: Shortcut: CTRL + P.

Open the page, image, or document you want to print, then press CTRL + P on your keyboard to bring up the print preview window.

2. Locate Your Printer: Expand the destination list.

Next to Destination, select the Down arrow drop-down menu, then click See more... at the bottom of the list to view all available network printers.

Click Sign in and Print to complete the job.

🛠️ Quick Troubleshooting

  • Can't see your printer? Ensure your device is connected to the organization's secure Wi-Fi network. Printers will not populate if you are on a "Guest" network.

  • Login Failed? Double-check that you aren't including the @organization.org Trailing suffix in the username field—only enter your core username prefix.
