Multi-Factor Authentication or MFA is an authentication process that enhances security by requiring users to provide two or more distinct types of evidence (factors) to access an application, website, or system. We use a product called Duo to provide MFA for staff. If you need support with Duo, click on the Request Service button on the right side of the page.
