Summary
This article is for counselors or school staff using the Online Enrollment site to enroll their students in Kent ISD Programs (KCTC, MySchool@Kent, LaunchU, WMCI, Next Steps, Regional Programs).
Steps
- Go to the Online Enrollment site at oe.kentisd.org.
- If you do not already have an account, select the Register link to sign up. Please allow a few days for the IT department to approve your new account. If you do have an account, select Sign In in the upper right-hand corner and log in with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, select the I forgot my password link on the sign-in page.
- Start your student search in the Student List tab. You can select your school, then search by student name.
If you cannot find your student, try searching in the Student Search tab. You can either search for your student by UIC or two of the following: First Name, Last Name, or Birth Date.
Once you have located your student, select the correct student account.

- On the next screen, you can either request a new program visit or enter a new enrollment request.
Important: If you have already entered an enrollment request for this student and need to make a change, please contact the registrar (kctcenrollment@kentisd.org) rather than making the change in the Online Enrollment system.

- The first request screen allows you to enter up to three choices. These can be different programs, different sessions, or both. Please enter second and third choices that you know the student is interested in. These are not meant to be placeholders until the student can get into their first-choice program or session. The more flexible a student is in terms of their program or session, the more likely they are to get into KCTC. Once you have selected the student's choices, select Continue.

- The next screen is for the student's contact, demographic, and parent information. Fields marked with red asterisks are required.

- Please enter all parents or guardians. Each contact should include a phone number and email address (unless the parent does not have an email address). It is helpful to have a working email address on file for both day-to-day communication with parents as well as in the case of emergencies.
Please also add at least one emergency contact in the Emergency Contact section in case a parent or guardian cannot be contacted in an emergency.

Expected Outcome
Your enrollment choices and demographic details are submitted for the selected student into the Online Enrollment system for processing.
