Service Description
Please only report interruptions or outages of a widespread or critical nature. For example:
- WiFi in our building is down.
- Multiple users are not able to log into their computers due to a network error.
- Email will not load for any users in your area.
- Software (PowerSchool SIS, MIPSE, Destiny) is down for all users.
If you are having a problem that only affects you, please submit your request in a more appropriate area of the service catalog such as: Report a WiFi issue. Please use the search button at the top of the catalog or navigate your way through the service catalog categories.
