We hear that Copy and paste is not working on the chromebook that you are using. Here is a quick way to double check that copy and paste is misconfigured. A quick way to test this is to Go into any window besides google chrome on chrome, Copy text and then bring it into chrome and paste it.
1. On the top right hand corner of your screen, click on the kebab menu to bring up your chrome options
2. With the Kebab open, look on the list for settings and click on it.
3. Under Chrome settings, Click on extensions
4. Under extensions, Go to keyboard shortcuts. Then on the list to the right, scroll until you see a shortcut that does not say "Not Set". On that Shortcut, you will want to select the pencil next to the shortcut field, then you will want to click elsewhere on that page. Once you do that, you should see the field display "Not Set". Feel free to give this a try and let us know if it helps. If it does not, chances are you may need a new keyboard.
